The Hart Seminars

The Lawrence Hart Seminars, with origins in the late 1930s, are by far the longest-running literary workshop based in the San Francisco area. With covid, they moved onscreen and widened their reach. Visitors are welcome. Later there is a modest tuition. Poetic “sophistication” is not required; the essential thing is the willingness to try out unfamiliar paths toward the mastery of language…
